No. engagements are complimentary for all qualified individuals and institutions.
Who is eligible to Engage?
Collegiate admissions counselors, administrators, ensemble directors/conductors, professors, and instructors. Active-duty military recruiters and summer enrichment admissions administrators are also eligible.
Who is not eligible to Engage?
Graduate faculty assistants, limited-contract collegiate instructors, and anyone without an official, verifiable institutional email.
Can multiple recruiters from the same institution Engage?
Yes — and it is encouraged.
How does Accoladi verify an Engager?
Accoladi Complete a Recruiter Engagement Profile and sign the Recruiter Code of Conduct. Accoladi then confirms eligibility using institutional websites and official emails (edu., mil, or program-affiliated domains). Institutions may be contacted directly if needed.
How long does it take to verify an Engager?
Most Engagers are verified within 72 hours. Processing may take slightly longer if additional confirmation from an institution is required.
How long does a Engager remain active?
As long as the Engagerr continues in their role with the same institution.
Will recruiters need to re-engage if they change institutions?
Yes. A new Engagement is required when moving to a different institution.
If an Engager changes title, rank, or position but stays with the same institution, must they re-Engage?
No. Engager should simply keep their profile current. If their email address changes, Accoladi will verify the update directly.
Can an Engager lose their Engagement?
Yes. Engager may be revoked for ethical violations such as inappropriate communications or repeated unfulfilled scheduled meetings. Accoladi also reserves the right to revoke engagements for other serious infractions not specifically listed.
What information can recruiters access once engaged?
Engagers gain access to a personalized search dashboard with student-provided materials, including video auditions, repertoire, honors and awards, academic history, and references.
Is training or support available?
Yes. Video and written guides are provided, along with a support portal. Questions are typically answered within 48 hours, often sooner.
How can recruiters update or close their Engagement?
Recruiters can update profiles anytime by logging in. To close a engagement, they may request deletion through their dashboard. Accoladi will confirm the request by email before finalizing closure.
